Delivery Information and Order Processing Times
At Aquadam Pool Services our goal is to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed on-line, you will receive an email notice about your order including sub totals, shipping fees, taxes and the total charged to your credit card.
The information will be sent to the email address you provided us. Please ensure all included information is correct.
Normal order processing times are 1-2 business days for most goods.
Shipping is provided through our in-house Delivery Team providing local delivery to the Oakville and Burlington area.
Most products (excluding items where installation services are selected) will arrive in under 3 days.
In the event you are not home at the time of delivery, your items will be delivered.
We would encourage you to specify a preferred drop location in either your Account Page or through additional instructions when placing an order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate special delivery instructions and preferred drop locations. *some conditions apply
Once an order has been delivered by Our Team to the address you provide, you acknowledge and accept all liability for all items.
If the value of your order exceeds $850 CAD we require a signature confirmation of delivery from you. A representative from Aquadam Pool Services
will contact you upon receipt of your order with additional delivery information.
Please inspect all packaging carefully upon receipt.
Any lost or damaged products must be reported to Aquadam Pool Services by writing or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Installation Lead Time Estimates are provided on each product page and reflect our best estimates to deliver and complete any installation.
Please note that timelines provided are estimates only, are not a term of any sale and are not guaranteed.
Following checkout where Services are selected, you will be contacted by a representative from Aquadam Pool Services within 24 hours to confirm an installation or service date.
